CJLS’ Senior Legal Project provides comprehensive legal assistance to seniors facing a variety of legal issues, including housing, medical care, and consumer finance.
We can help clients draft planning documents that foster peace of mind. In addition, the Senior Legal Project can assist clients 60 and older with:
- Wills, Powers of Attorney, and Advance Directives
- Financial Abuse
- Elder Abuse
- Benefit Denials
- Housing Issues
- Consumer fraud, debt collection, and credit harassment
Clients must be 60 years old or older and capable of making legal decisions.
