The Suggestion Box is intended to be used for conversation starters, for example specific suggestions or topics for understanding different cultures, as well as specific how-to’s for not offending clients and/or co-workers from different backgrounds. 

Please note that all comments will be submitted anonymously.

Accordingly, this suggestion box should not be used for individual personnel
matters that would otherwise require an investigation or response by management,
including but not limited to complaints related to sexual harassment, workplace
discrimination, and individual job performance issues.

Please direct all Union-related matters to your office’s Union Representative.
