County Rental Assistance Program for Middlesex Residents

Union County

 The Urban League of Union County, Inc. Emergency Rental Relief Program is available for residents who lost income due to COVID-19 and are/were unable to pay rent. Applicants may be eligible to up to six months’ rent owed. Funds are limited. To apply, click here

Mercer County

Mercer County Department of Human Services and Mercer County Board of Social Services reopened the Emergency Rental Relief Program for Mercer County residents in need of financial assistance due to COVID-19. Household income must be at or below 80% area median income with priority given to households at or below 30%. For more information and to apply, click here

NJ COVID-19 Emergency Rental Assistance Program Phase II (CVERAP-II)
