Central Jersey Legal Service, Inc. seeks a full time Housing Law attorney for its office in Perth Amboy, NJ.
Requirements:
MUST BE LICENSED TO PRACTICE LAW IN NEW JERSEY.
Legal Aid experience or other relevant experience;
Excellent interpersonal skills;
Experience handling health-related public benefits including appeals to the OAL and App Div, and general litigation;
Bi-lingual/multi-lingual a plus.
This position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement.
